Investigation underway in Sidebar incident

The Alcohol Law Enforcement Agency is investigating an incident at a downtown Wilmington bar.

Thursday, a twenty year old patron was inside Sidebar on Front Street when he got into a fight. The bouncers kicked him out, and he resisted. Once outside witnesses said the bouncers assaulted the victim by kicking and punching him. All three bouncers were arrested.

Now, ALE is looking into why a twenty year old was inside of a 21-plus establishment in the first place.
