Man charged in Leland sex offense investigation

LELAND, NC (WWAY) — Police said a man is facing sex offense charges.

Leland Police said Stephan Keaton, 52, was charged after an incident on April 2 involving a juvenile female victim.

Police said he turned himself in Wednesday and was booked in jail under a $100,000 bond.
