Case continued for man charged in deadly DWI accident

NEW HANOVER COUNTY, NC (WWAY) — A man accused of driving under the influence, and causing a deadly crash, was due in court today.

According to Prosecutor Doug Carriker, David Lee Marshall, 49, was driving under the influence when he wrecked near Carolina Beach Road and Myrtle Grove Road April 12. Carriker said Marshall’s roommate, Michael Joseph Bradley, was killed in that accident.
