Apartments for homeless, disabled open in Raleigh
RALEIGH — The chronically homeless and disabled are getting some help in Raleigh.
Three congressmen are scheduled to attend the dedication of the Salisbury Apartments, 10-unit apartment building for those groups, on Tuesday. Reps. Brad Miller, David Price and Bob Etheridge will attend, along with state Sen. Josh Stein. Also in attendance will be the people who will live in the apartments.
The apartments are a collaborative effort of federal, state and local governments.
