Wilmington woman having issues with Circuit City warranty

Now that Circuit City is no longer, a Wilmington woman is wondering how to get her TV fixed.

Linda Mitchell bought an extended warranty for her 52-inch RCA television that is good through 2010, but she has not had any luck getting hold of anyone from Circuit City.

“It is very frustrating knowing you done paid for a TV that you can’t get fixed after you got insurance on it,” said Mitchell.

If you are in a similar situation, Circuit City representatives stand behind their warranties. Customers who bought televisions before December 1st, 2006 should call 1-800-286-0470.
