New Hanover County Sheriff’s Office investigating shots fired into Murrayville home

NEW HANOVER COUNTY, NC (WWAY) — An investigation is underway after several shots were fired into a New Hanover County home.

According to the New Hanover County Sheriff’s Office, it happened between 9am-10am on Tuesday. A NHSO spokesperson says several shots were fired into the home in the 1000 block of Acres Dr., which is just off Gordon Rd., in the Murrayville community.

There were no injuries.

At this point, there are no suspects or arrests in the case. The investigation continues.
