Bladen County shooting still under investigation

According to Elizabethtown Police Department, 22 year old Caleb Stoker shot and killed Mr. Carroll at Tory Hole Park in November.

We were told Carroll did not approve of Stoker dating his daughter.

Police say they are still investigating what happened, to determine what if any charges are appropriate.
