WPD: More fights break out at the Rhino Club

Summary: A WFD Fire Marshal closed the Rhino Club for a City Code violation (exceeding maximum occupancy). The crowd spilled out into the street and a couple of fights broke out. A WPD officer attempting to break up a fight arrested a woman who refused officer’s commands to stop fighting. Laquandra Mitchell, d.o.b. 11-15-1989, of Wilmington was charged as noted above.
