Gang awareness program continues tonight

The last “Gang 101” education session for New Hanover High Schools happens tonight. It begins at 6 p.m. at Hoggard High School.

The session addresses address gang identifiers, signs and symbols and ways to combat the problem. It’s open to school personnel, parents and the public.

Due to the sensitive material being presented, students will not be allowed to participate.
