Senator Hagan makes rare visit to Port City

Senator Kay Hagan is spending the afternoon in Wilmington today – only her third visit to the area since taking office in January, 2009.

First she will be attending the Wilmington Downtown Annual Spring event at the Hilton.

She’ll also tour CFCC’s marine technology vessel.
