UNCW students moving in this weekend

WILMINGTON, NC (WWAY) – It’s a big weekend on the campus of UNCW, as the new freshman and transfer students move-in ahead of the new school year.

It can be a congested and busy situation for most of the day tomorrow, with freshman scheduled to check in between 8 a.m. and 1 p.m. and transfer students from 1 p.m. until 5 p.m.

New students and parents should be patient and follow signs and traffic coordinators to get where you need to go.

The rest of the community should be aware of possible traffic at university entrances off College Road and Racine Drive. Avoid these areas if you can.
