Bladen commissioners pick another replacement

BLADEN COUNTY — Bladen County Commissioners last night picked another person to finish out the term of Margaret Lewis-Moore.

Albert Beatty, who is already on the ballot for the November election, will be sworn in next month. Lewis-moore died last month of pneumonia.

The commission had picked Stanley Richardson to fill her seat. He died in a car wreck earlier this month before he could take office.
