Ladies Auxiliary VFW in Holden Beach donate 100+ teddy bears to Sheriff’s Department

Sheriff John Ingram met with the Ladies Auxiliary VFW in Holden Beach Post 8866 yesterday, March 22nd, to accept a donation of over a hundred teddy bears for the Brunswick County Sheriff’s Office.

The bears are used by Deputies throughout the county to give to children that they may come into contact with through a routine traffic stop, an investigation, a child that may be a victim to a crime or just a child who needs a hug at the moment.
