$8.2 million Wilmington waterfront property is most expensive in region
WILMINGTON, NC (StarNews)– You’ve probably never driven down Sea Lilly Lane.
The winding pass within sight of Inlet Point off Carolina Beach Road is less road and more cobblestone driveway, exclusively serving the sprawling, nearly 12-acre luxury hideaway sitting at the end. Oh, and it went on the market last month for $8.2 million.
With that price tag, the estate trumps a $6.75 million Masonboro Sound Road property and a $5.9 million Figure Eight Island getaway as the most expensive for sale in the region.
