Former WWAY President inducted into NCAB Hall of Fame

WILMINGTON, NC (WWAY) – George Diab, former president of WWAY, and retired president of Clay Communications (former owners of WWAY), will be inducted into the North Carolina Association of Broadcasters Hall of Fame at the annual meeting in Asheville this weekend.

George served as president of the NCAB in 1984 and retired from WWAY in 1987. He still lives in Wilmington.
