Downtown house fire ruled arson

WILMINGTON, NC (WWAY) – Fire investigators have determined that someone set a downtown home on fire Saturday evening.

Firefighters got the call at 8:20 pm. When they got there, they say they saw smoke coming from the side of the 2-story house at 717 South 4th Street. No one was hurt.
