Marines arrested for radiator theft
ONSLOW COUNTY, NC (WWAY) — A pair of Marines are in jail accused of stealing from a business. The Onslow County Sheriff’s Office arrested Cpl. David C. Dayberry, 22, and LCpl. Codie S. Brewster, 20, today.
Investigators say the Dayberry and Brewster took a $6,000 radiator from Hydro Front-End Loader, and then sold it to a local salvage company. The duo are charged with larceny, possession of stolen goods and obtaining property under false pretenses. All three charges are felonies.
Dayberry and Brewster are in jail under $3,000 secured bond.
