Pleasure Island Parrot Heads 14th Annual Beach Sweep

Pleasure Island Parrot Heads 14th Annual Beach Sweep will be Saturday September 25, 2010.   Once again we will be part of  New Hanover County’s Big Sweep affiliate of Keep America Beautiful, Inc.  The Beach Sweep itself will begin at 9:00 AM at the Carolina Beach Gazebo and the Kure Beach Pier. For volunteers there will be Britt’s doughnuts, coffee and juice available. Once you return from cleaning up we plan to have some Papa Murphy’s pizza available as well as discounts at local restaurants for lunch.  All ages WELCOME!

Saturday night 9/25, please join us for our PIPH Party with a Purpose at the Lazy Pirate, 701 N Lake Park Blvd, Carolina Beach starting 8:00 PM  for the music of Full Dish Band.  We will have raffles and silent auction fundraisers with proceeds going  to the American Red Cross Cape Fear Chapter and American Legion Post 129.   Everyone over 21 WELCOME!
