Downtown property finally cleaning up

WILMINGTON, NC (WWAY) — An eye-sore in downtown Wilmington is cleaning up its act. The property on the corner of Front and Brunswick Streets near the soon-to-open Convention Center has been in shambles the past year, and clean-up is finally underway

We talked to the property owner back in July. He said he plans to build a hotel on the piece of land. The hotel should be done in the next two years.
