Pet Pals: black and white Manx cat

NEW HANOVER COUNTY, NC (WWAY) — Check out this week’s Pet Pal, a black and white Manx cat with a very special feature.

This 2-year-old cat has a recessive gene that gives him a nub of a tail. He is already neutered and is up to date on all his shots.

He loved being pet and scratched in the newsroom.
