ONLY ON 3 UPDATE: Waves owner files charge against woman who helped Ukrainian workers

SURF CITY, NC (WWAY) — An update tonight on story you saw ONLY ON 3. The owner of Waves Surf and Sport in Surf City accused of not paying three foreign employees has now filed a complaint of his own.

Henry Shitrit claims the woman who helped his former employees trespassed on his property. Terry Walters turned herself in after finding out there was a warrant against her.

Walters says the accusations are false. She says the only time she stepped on Shitrit’s property was with his permission or with a police escort.

Walters is out on bond. So is Shitrit, who is charged a communicating of threat charge stemming from a complaint Walters filed.
