Whiteville fight mom case delayed

Aneshia Cartret was scheduled for court in Whiteville Tuesday morning but her case has now been moved to June 14. An attorney representing Cartret asked that the mom’s case be continued for another date; the court granted the request. Cartret is charged with contributing to the delinquency of a minor and public disturbance after she allegedly drove her teenage daughter to a street fight. The mom is also accused of cheering her daughter on during the fight.
