George Bryan sets Wolfpack tight end record
CINCINNATI,OH (WWAY) — When Wolfpack senior captain George Bryan caught his 98th career pass, a 14-yarder, on the Wolfpack’s first drive, it tied him with former Wolfpack tight end T.J. Williams for the most catches ever by a State tight end. He officially took the lead with a grab in the fourth quarter. Bryan had two receptions for the game and now has 99 for his career, the 16th-best overall mark in school history.
George Bryan is a graduate of New Hanover High School. Cincinnati beat NC State on Thursday night 44-14.
NC State’s next football game will be on October 1st in Raleigh against Georgia Tech.
