Town Council approves parking fee hike in Carolina Beach

CAROLINA BEACH, NC (WWAY) — Carolina Beach will see an increase in parking fees this spring. Town Council unanimously voted Tuesday night to extend pay parking by two hours from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m.

Council also voted to increase hourly parking rates by $0.25 to $1.50/hour. All-day parking will also go up one dollar to $8/day.

All changes will be effective April 1.
