Man accused of urinating on Wilmington street, DWI

WILMINGTON, NC (WWAY) — A man is accused of parking in the middle of a Wilmington street, urinating on the road, then trying to drive off.

Wilmington Police say they responded to the 200 block of Wallace Avenue just after 1:00 p.m. yesterday.

Investigators say after urinating, Matthew Melosh tried to crank his SUV and drive off but was stopped by police.

Melosh is charged with DWI, Open Container, and urinating in public.
