Sinbad, ZZ Top performing at Wilson Center

WILMINGTON, NC (WWAY) — Late this afternoon, Cape Fear Community College announced two new acts that are coming to the Wilson Center.

Comedian and actor Sinbad will be performing on Friday, July 28.

Throughout his career as a standup comedian, Sinbad has starred in two Comedy Central specials and four HBO comedy specials. As an actor, Sinbad has been featured in leading roles in such films as “Jingle All the Way” and “Good Burger.”

Then, coming this fall, legendary rock band ZZ Top will take the stage at the Wilson Center.

ZZ Top was inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame in 2004. Billy F Gibbons, Dusty Hill and Frank Beard have been together for more than four decades of rock, blues, and boogie, both on the road and in the studio.
