Several Pender Co. schools release early due to water main break

PENDER COUNTY, NC (WWAY) — Several schools in Pender County will release early Wednesday due to a water main break.

School officials said students at Cape Fear Elementary, Cape Fear Middle, and Rocky Point Elementary will be released at 2:15 p.m. today. Students at Heide Trask High School will be released at 3 p.m.

All afterschool activities, including sports and afterschool care, have been canceled.
