Law enforcement to hold active shooter training exercise Thursday

WILMINGTON, NC (WWAY) — The New Hanover County Sheriff’s Office will be conducting a large-scale active shooter training exercise Thursday.

The exercise will be held at the New Hanover County Government Center, from 6 p.m. to 11 pm.

New Hanover County Sheriff’s Office, Fire Rescue, Emergency Management, Wilmington Police Department, EMS, and several other agencies will be participating in the exercise.
