Northside of Wilmington educating people on opioid crisis

WILMINGTON, NC (WWAY)– The opioid crisis continues to ravage communities across the country. Here in the Cape Fear, the Northside of Wilmington is taking steps to educate people and keep the area safe.

Saturday you can help to at the Forever Caring Prevention Awareness Expo at the Hemenway Center in Wilmington Wanda Debose-Green sat down with WWAY’s Randy Aldridge to tell us about the special event.
