Wilmington Police investigating body found in Greenfield Lake
WILMINGTON, NC (WWAY) — Wilmington police are investigating after a body was found in Greenfield Lake overnight.
According to a Wilmington Police Department spokeswoman, the body was found along the water’s edge around 10:20 p.m. Monday.
As of Tuesday morning, detectives do not have reason to suspect foul play.
This case is still under investigation.
