Detectives search for suspect accused of robbing a Southport convenience store
SOUTHPORT, NC (WWAY) — Brunswick County Sheriff’s Office is asking for the public’s help to identify a man accused of robbing a gas station.
According to the Sheriff’s Office the incident occurred Saturday night at 8:30 p.m. at the BP gas station at 5053 Southport-Suppy Rd. in Southport.
The suspect is described as male, approximately six feet tall wearing a dark blue t-shirt, tan pants and a camouflage beanie. He also has a beard or facial hair.
No weapon was brandished and no one was hurt.
