Students show off artistic creations at Youth Arts Day in Leland

LELAND, NC (WWAY) — Brunswick County students had the opportunity to show off art they’ve created Saturday afternoon at the Leland Cultural Arts Center.

It was part of Youth Arts Day and 32 different pieces of art were judged by four professional artists.

The winner of ‘Best In Show’ was awarded various art supplies and the winner’s teacher got a free art class at the center.

There were also performances, arts and crafts, and refreshments for attendees to enjoy.
