Brunswick County Schools receives sanitation award for food services

BRUNSWICK COUNTY, NC (WWAY) — Brunswick County Schools have received an award for the quality of their food service establishments.

All 19 schools received the platinum “A” award which means all sanitation inspections have received a 95 out of 100 or higher for five consecutive years.

School Nutrition Director Robert Parker said in part, “I am so proud of each and every member of child nutrition that put in the hard work to make it possible to receive the platinum “A” award.”
