CarMax looking to fill 60 positions in Wilmington

WILMINGTON, NC (WWAY)– CarMax is looking to fill 60 positions for its store opening in Wilmington in September.

This will be the first CarMax store in the area. It’s will be located at 6030 Market Street.

CarMax is seeking applicants for full and part-time positions.

According to a news release, available positions include sales and service operations positions, including inventory associates, service advisors and technicians.

CarMax is offering up to $5,000 sign on bonuses for automotive technicians and $1,500 sign on bonuses for automotive painters, based on experience level.

CarMax says while technicians require prior automotive experience, most positions do not.
