Eternal Sunshine Cafe closes after kitchen explosion

WILMINGTON, NC (WWAY) — Eternal Sunshine Cafe in Wilmington will be closed until further notice after an kitchen accident.

According to a Facebook post, the cafe experienced a small kitchen explosion Tuesday that set off sprinklers. The owners say they have to repair the water damage.
The cafe on Eastwood Road serves a menu of brunch items such as omelets, French toast, sandwiches, pancakes and more.
