Parole granted for convicted Columbus County murderer
COLUMBUS COUNTY, NC (WWAY) — A man convicted of murder in 1998 will not spend the rest of his life in prison.
Later, documents revealed five witnesses told police they saw him alive the day after the burglary.
He pleaded guilty to second-degree murder and was sentenced to two consecutive life sentences.
Now, he will be released on parole February 3, 2021.
