Pender Co. Schools delays opening Tuesday due to weather concerns

PENDER COUNTY, NC (WWAY) — Pender County Schools will operate on a 2-hour delay Tuesday for students and staff for possible inclement weather.

“This will ensure shaded areas, overpasses and bridges are safe for bus travel,” the school system told WWAY.
