Silver Alert issued for Tabor City man

TABOR CITY, NC (WWAY)–The N.C. Center for Missing Persons has issued a Silver Alert for a Tabor City man.

Wayne Benet Culbertson, 78, is believed to be suffering from dementia or some other cognitive impairment.

He’s described as a 6′ foot tall white male, 215 pounds with grey hair and hazel eyes. He was last seen at 1568 James B White Highway in Tabor City.

He could possibly be heading to Lake Shore Loop in Waterloo, South Carolina.

He could be driving a 2002 blue Saturn with SC license plate MLW456.
