Pet Pals: 4-month-old Labrador Retriever mix looking for a family

NEW HANOVER COUNTY, NC (WWAY) — This week’s Pet Pal is an obedient pup who’s looking for a forever family.

She’s a Labrador Retriever mix who shelter staff describe as easily trainable and sweet.

She was found on the Beau Rivage Golf Course and taken to the shelter.

To meet her, head to New Hanover County Animal Services. County residents can adopt for $70. Adoption hours are Monday-Friday 11 a.m. to 3:45 p.m. and Saturday 8 a.m. to Noon.

The New Hanover County Animal Services will be operating on an adjusted schedule in the next few weeks to allow for routine maintenance to the building at 180 Division Drive in Wilmington. The facility will be closed March 9th and the 16th.
