Charges against NC lawmaker after wreck dropped

Charges against state Rep. Larry Womble have been dropped in connection with a deadly car crash. The Winston-Salem Journal reports that prosecutor Steven M. Arbogast of the N.C. Attorney General's Office filed dismissal papers Monday in Forsyth County District Court.
