video It's not illegal, but many say flying a flag above the American flag is disrespectful. Neighboring business owners say a used car dealership on Market Street has been flying its flag above our nation's for months, and they want it to stop.

Fire destroys apartment building; no one hurt

video An afternoon fire has destroyed a New Hanover County apartment building. A witness saw the fire at Meridian Village on Southeast Northchase Parkway and called 911 around 2 p.m.
