The New Hanover County Sheriff's Office has arrested three people suspected in a series of break-ins, most of which involved cars, in the Gordon Road, White Road and Ogden areas. The breaking and enterings took place from December to February.

West Bladen was supposed to host Burlington Cummings in a third round boys state playoff game. WWAY has learned the Alamance-Burlington Schools superintendent has refused to let the team travel because of severe weather watches and warnings across the state.
