Suspect in shooting turns himself in to Brunswick Co. sheriff's office

Sheriff's deputies have one man in custody believed to be connected to a shooting last week. Police say Dwight Powell Jr. turned himself in this afternoon.

Seabreeze residents organize petition against rezoning
