A funeral procession complete with casket and dirge marched through the streets of downtown Wilmington today. It was not a person the Occupy Wilmington group mourned, but what they call the downfall of democracy.

Three judges will decide whether those who sued over Republican-drawn boundaries for legislative and congressional districts are likely enough to win their case that North Carolina's primary should be delayed for two months.

On Thursday night WWAY went to Durham in order to check out Wake Forest center Ty Walker. The former New Hanover standout got his 13th career start on Thursday against the 4th ranked Duke Blue Devils. Click play video to check out the slam of the game. It's Ty Walker. On Thursday we also featured a one point win by the UNCW women's basketball team at Trask Coliseum. On top of that the Ashley girls basketball team won our team of the week award.
