A WPD spokeswoman says EMS was dispatched at about 10:20 a.m. to the 500 block of N. 30th Street.

A second man has been arrested for a murder last week in the Creekwood community. Wilmington Police say Jermaine Hankins, 21, turned himself in yesterday. He is charged with first degree murder, attempted murder and first degree burglary. Police also charged his brother Tevin with the murder last week.
