CFPUA work means boil water advisory for part of downtown

The Cape Fear Public Utility Authority has issued a precautionary boil water advisory for homes and business in part of downtown today during a planned service outage. Crews will replace three valves, which will shut down water service from 9 a.m. until about 4 p.m.

Youth violence is a 'crisis' in Wilmington
