The recently surfaced web video reportedly shows Marines from Camp Lejeune urinating on dead Taliban bodies. After showing it to folks in Jacksonville, where most either know a Marine or have previously served in the Corps, we got mixed reactions.

A former U.S. Marine who smuggled dozens of pistols into the United Kingdom is scheduled to be sentenced in a federal court in Greenville.

Port City Java is organizing a Make a Marine's Thanksgiving drive. They're looking for 27 families to host two Marines each from Camp Lejeune Thanksgiving Day from 11:30 a.m. until 5 p.m. You can feed them lunch, watch some football, or do whatever your family does to celebrate the holiday.

Nearly three decades later, the bombing of the Marine Corps barracks in Beirut, Lebanon, still lingers. October 23, 1983, was the deadliest day the Corps had seen since Iwo Jima. Hundreds gathered to remember that day and honor those they lost during a ceremony in Jacksonville.

The KIA, or Killed In Action bracelets, are worn by Marines in honor of friends who died serving their country. But the Marine Corps does not allow jewelry, which has some Marines demanding an exception be made to the rule.
