WILMINGTON, NC (WWAY) — Parents have started a petition on a controversial plan to move the Spanish Immersion program from Forest Hills Elementary to Gregory School of Science, Math and Technology.

According to the petition parents at both schools want the program at both sites and they want to keep STEM at Gregory.
