HAMPSTEAD, NC (WWAY) — Can you smell that fried sea food? The 2014 NC Spot Festival is back in Hampstead this weekend.

There’s plenty of live music, crafts, games, and, of course, fantastic food. WWAY’s George Elliot was out in Hampstead as the festivities were setting up.
