STORMTRACK 3: Severe T-Storm Watch canceled; still expect scattered storms

WILMINGTON, NC (WWAY) — Damaging winds and large hail will be possible in thunderstorms that form this afternoon and evening.

A stalled front across the central Carolinas is providing a boundary between drier, cooler air to the west with warmer, and more humid air here along the coast. This battleground will cause thunderstorms to blossom.

Stay tuned to WWAY on-air, online, and on Facebook and Twitter throughout the day.
